Drawing from liturgical traditions throughout the Anglican Communion and beyond, on most Thursdays we offer an informal, intimate (usually fewer than a dozen people) Holy Eucharist, in a circle, with shared reflections in place of a sermon. Occasionally instead of Eucharist, we offer an extended version of Mid-day Prayer, one of the Offices of the monastic traditions, drawing on both ancient and modern liturgical forms.

It's "Slow Church" because we offer more readings than the four Scripture excerpts in the standard liturgy—drawing from a wide range of poetry and prose; because we insert more silence; because our shared reflection—godly conversation—often extends to 30 minutes or more; and because during Communion, we feed one another around the circle.
