Walking with each other

A warm home-cooked meal on a cold day ... a friend to walk your dog while you are in the hospital ... a driver to get you to the airport for that early-morning flight .... a hand to hold when your world falls apart....

One of the gifts of community is companioning one another through the joys and sorrows of life. Our TLC ministers share their caring spirits especially during the tough times. Sometimes you're the one who gives care, sometimes you're the one who receives it—always you're sheltered in its embrace.

"When you’re weak, I’ll be strong
When you let go, I’ll hold on
When you need to cry, I swear that I’ll be there to          dry your eyes
When you feel lost and scared to death,
Like you can’t take one more step
Just take my hand, together we can do it
I’m gonna love you through it."                                         ~by Ben Hayslip, Sonya Isaacs, and Jimmy            Yeary
